To join Cumberland Fell Runners, simply print out and complete an application form (see attachments at the bottom of this page) and send it together with a cheque payable to CFR to:

If you do not have a printer, write down your details as listed on the application form and post or email it to Paul.

Membership costs are £15 (Seniors), £25 (Joint) plus £5 each if affliation to English Atheltics is required. If the application is received after 1st October then the following year will also be covered (CFR membership is 1st January - 31st December).

English Athletics
Any senior who wants to complete individually (or as part of a club team) in the English or British championship will either need to be a member of the FRA or register with English Athletics. If you wish to be registered with the EA an additional £5 (per person) will be payable on top of the standard CFR membership fee. Note: if you do not register with the EA you may be asked for a levy on road or cross-country races, however you will not be asked at any fell race.
