Cumbria Fell Running Championships
Hi All,
We are organising fr champs in conjunction with the Coledale horeseshoe on Apr17. Medals for ist 3 M and Women
From this we hope to select a team to go to the inter counties in Clwyd in May. We think that we can get quite a good mens team (4 to run, 3 to count) but will struggle to get four ladies.

There is no additional entry fee (to the Coledale race than as shown), but you must indicate that you are entering the Cumbria champs before the start. We will have a signing in sheet for that purpose on the day.
You must have been born in Cumbria or have lived there for 9 months to enter.
Club membership rules apply and club vests should be worn

UKA/FRA rules apply. Note that in 2005, 17 runners were disqualified for not carrying safety packs - you should be prepared (map, cagoule, compass mars bar etc or similar). There are a number of course descriptions on the internet and maps are available at pete Blands Sports.
We have organised this at short notice and have not been able to give it max publicity. If you can forward it onto others who may be interested, it would be much appreciated.
